HRStop Connect is an in-app launcher that allows employees to access internal and external applications directly from HRStop.


Employees can open HRStop Connect from the application launcher icon located in the top navigation bar.


Yes. HRStop Connect can launch both HRStop applications and external systems by adding their URLs as application shortcuts.


No. App visibility can be configured so that only specific employees see certain apps in the launcher.


Yes. Only apps that are marked as Published will appear to employees in HRStop Connect.


HRStop Connect can be enabled from Control Panel → Settings → Modules by selecting the Enable HRStop Connectcheckbox.


Only users with administrative permissions can enable or configure HRStop Connect.


If the module is disabled, administrators cannot configure app shortcuts and employees will not see any apps in the HRStop Connect launcher.


Yes. Administrators can disable HRStop Connect from the Modules settings page. When disabled, apps configured in HRStop Connect will not appear to employees.


Administrators can add an application from Control Panel → Settings → Modules → HRStop Connect → Manage App Links by entering the application details and saving the shortcut.


Administrators must provide the Title, Description, Icon, and URL of the application and decide whether the app should be published.


Yes. Administrators can define visibility criteria while creating or editing an app shortcut to determine which employees should see the app in the HRStop Connect launcher.


If no criteria are selected, the app will not appear in HRStop Connect for any employee even if the app is published.


An app will not appear to employees if it is not published or if the visibility criteria do not include those employees.


Yes. Administrators can edit an existing app shortcut from the Configured Apps list by selecting the Edit option and updating the required details.


Yes. Administrators can delete an app from the Configured Apps list. Once removed, the app will no longer appear in HRStop Connect.


Employees will only see apps that are published and match the visibility criteria configured by administrators.


Yes. Administrators can use the Preview option in the HRStop Connect configuration page to see how the apps will appear before publishing them.
