Hawk HR enables the admins to calculate the attendance via which the status of the attendances will get updated as per the current attendance rules in the system and will start getting reflected in attendance report.
To calculate the attendance understand the steps defined below –
- Attendance period: Select the attendance period for which admin wants to recalculate the attendance.
- Recalculate manually adjusted attendance: In order to recalculate the attendances which the admin has explicitly marked by doing manually adjust, admin needs to enable the check box .
- Recalculate already processed attendance: In order to recalculate the attendances for the employees for whom already the attendance is calculated once, admin needs to enable the check box.
- Calculate LOP: Enabling this will recalculate the LOPs for the employees based on new attendance rules set in the system.
- Deduct Leaves: This will consider leave deduction as per the attendance rule
- Select employees: The employees can be selected by the admin by either selecting the Designations and Departments which will automatically select all the employees falling under it or by selecting the employees separately.
- Calculate: Clicking the button will recalculate the attendances and the statuses will get changed accordingly.
In order to calculate the attendance through the system, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to: Control Panel->Attendance.
- On the "Attendance" page, click on the "Import" dropdown button located at the top right corner and click on the "Calculate".
- On the "Calculate Attendance" page, select the "Attendance Period" using the calendar utility.
- Tick "Recalculate manually adjusted attendance" or "Recalculate already processed attendance " or "Calculate LOP " box as required.
- Scroll down to select the employees, and click on the blue "Calculate" button.
Notification of successful calculation will be shown.
Note: System will not calculate the attendance for payroll processed period.
