When the employee taps the punch button in the mobile app:
1. The front camera of the phone activates.
2. The employee positions their face in the camera view.
3. The app performs a face detection check to confirm a face is present.
4. The app asks the employee to blink for a liveness check.
5. Once both checks succeed, the selfie is captured and the punch is recorded.
The Geo Tagged coordinates continue to be captured with the punch, as with any mobile attendance.
