Can employees themselves request new locations to be added to Geo Fencing?

Yes, when an employee tries to punch from a location outside the allowed boundaries, the mobile app gives them an option to request the location be added. All such requests appear on the Requested Coordinates page for admin review. Refer to How to Retrieve Geo Coordinates for Geo Fencing Setup for details on the review process.
