To approve a requested coordinate:
1. Go to Control Panel > Settings > Attendance > Configure Attendance.
2. Scroll to the Mobile Attendance section and click the Configure Geo Fencing link.
3. Click the Requested Coordinates button.
4. Locate the request in the table.
5. Click the add icon in the Action column. A form opens with the Latitude, Longitude, Radius (default 50 meters), and Address prefilled.
6. Enter a Title and optionally a Description.
7. Adjust the Radius if needed.
8. Click Yes to save.
The location is added to the Allowed Coordinates list and works like any other configured Geo Fencing location.
