Step-by-Step Process
1. Control Panel
Your journey begins at the control panel of the platform. This is the hub from which you can access various functionalities.
2. Navigating to Indicators
From the control panel:
- Head over to Indicators.
- For those who wish to add KRAs individually, click on Add KRA. A dialog box or an interface should emerge. Here, you're expected to fill in the detailed attributes of the KRA. Once satisfied with the inputs, finalize the addition by hitting the + icon.
For Admin aiming to implement KRAs in bulk or for multiple employees simultaneously:
- Choose the Import option present in the dropdown or list under the Indicators section.
- For your convenience, there's an option to download the CSV file associated with Import
- You can add the KRA in the file then upload the same.
