Deleting attendance of employees

Deleting attendance allows you to delete the employee attendance punch entry as and when needed. This section allows you to delete a single punch as well as all the punches for a day in a quick and easy manner.


Refer to the following steps to deleting attendance of employees:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Attendance

  2. Click on the drop down option of Import button, given in the page navigation bar

  3. Select the option of Delete

  4. A new page will open up showing fields to fill

  5. Attendance date: Select the Attendance date

  6. Employee: Select the Employee

  7. Get attendance: Click on the option of Get attendance

  8. Mark the entries you want to delete

  9. Click on Delete button

Notification of successful deletion of attendance punch(es).
