Deleting attendance of employees

HRStop allows admins to delete employee attendance punches easily—whether it's a single punch or all punches for a specific day. This feature is useful for correcting errors or removing invalid entries.

Steps to Delete Attendance Punches:

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel → Attendance
  2. Click the drop-down arrow next to the Import button in the navigation bar.
  3. Select Delete from the options.
  4. A new page will open:
    • Attendance Date: Choose the date for which you want to delete the punch(es).
    • Employee: Select the employee whose data needs correction.
    • Click on Get Attendance.
  5. A list of punches for the selected employee and date will appear.
  6. Check the punch entries you wish to delete.
  7. Click Delete.

A confirmation message will appear upon successful deletion.
