Reset employee's attendance

Reset attendance allows you to reset attendance status. By reseting, the attendance status of that particular date becomes blank. You need to select the attendance period and the employees whose attendance you want to reset.

  1. Navigate to: Menu (Control panel) -> Attendance

  2. Click on the drop down option of import given on top right corner

  3. Reset: Select the option of Reset

  4. A new page will open up

  5. Attendance Period: Select the Attendance Period

  6. Reset manually adjusted: Mark the check box to Reset manually adjusted attendance (Enabling it will reset the manually adjusted attendance status. Otherwise, the manually adjusted attendance status will not be reset)

  7. Details: Select the employees on the basis of department, designation or employee code

  8. Reset: Click on Reset on the bottom of the page

Notification of successful reseting of attendance will be shown.
