Hawk HR enables admin to send a broadcast via email to employees of your company. You can choose recipients of the email on the basis of activity, department, designation, location, entity, tags, band, Employment Type and many more. Choosing at least one of the category of selecting the recipients is mandatory.
Refer to the following steps to broadcast an email:
- Navigate to: Control panel -> News & Broadcast -> Broadcast Email
- Choose the recipients on the basis of activity under Employees option ( in case to send all the employees, click on employees check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of department under Department option ( in case to send all the departments, click on department check box )
- Scroll down and choose the recipients on the basis of designation under Designation option ( in case to send all the designations, click on designation check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of location under Location option ( in case to send all the locations, click on location check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of entity under Entity option ( in case to send all the entities, click on entity check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of tags under Tags option ( in case to send all the tags, click on entity check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of bands under Bands option ( in case to send all the bands, click on band check box )
- Choose the recipients on the basis of employment type under Employment type option ( in case to send all the types, click on employment type check box )
- Enter the subject of the email in the Subject box
- Enter the content of email in the Message box
- Enter the Test email id to test the broadcast email
- Click on Test email to get the broadcast email on test email id
- Click on Send button to send the email
Email will be sent to the registered email id of the selected employees instantly. Conformational message of successful sending of email is shown instantly.
