It has been a pleasure to work with you. I admit clients like you made the HRStop journey worthwhile and it means a lot to our success. Last year had been bizarre. A lot of corporates went into crisis. Thank you for holding us so well during those tough times. Thanks for being with us always.

Further to the faith and confidence shown by you, I assure to make the year 2021 more fruitful and beneficial for both organizations. We have been working really hard to deliver you the best.

Leave/Attendance Module

Leaves (Automate your company's leave policies)

Event-based leaves The Event-based leave will be credited to the employees in the respective time period of the event for the employee. *The option to define the leave applicability for the event-based leaves.
Leave Rules All the leave rules displayed automatically depending on the leave policies configured in the system to the employee while applying leave in main panel.
Sandwich Policies * New sandwich rules added to the system, if weekoffs/holidays come in between the leaves. *The option to count the weekends as leaves if it falls between the leaves applied.
Clubbing Policies * The option to allow the admin to select the leave types that should not be clubbed with the present configured leave.
Leave restriction * The option to restrict the leave application with Preweekoff/ Postweekoff / Holidays/ weeekoff/Leave category. *The option to not allow the employee to apply for Leave, while in the notice period. *The maximum number of leaves, allowed in the instance in the calendar year. *The compensatory off leave cannot be credited once the payroll has been processed. * The option for the employees to update document, if leaves applied after x number of days.
WFH/On-duty update * The WFH/On-duty/Credit requests can be filtered out on the Main panel, while approving. *The bulk application of WFH, OD leave. *The option to apply WFH,OD for long duration and splitting the WFH/OD applied for the weekoffs/holidays in between.
*Defer crediting rule This option will accumulate the leaves, however will credit them to the employee as per the rules set for defer credit.
*Leave Calendar The option for the employee to view the leaves of their colleagues in the company leave calendar.
*Leave expiry logic updated The system will now consider the leave expiry count date from the time the leave credit request was raised.
*Comp off approval restrictions The system will now no longer allow you to approve leave credit requests post running the payroll for the month.

Attendance (Export Punches with IP address and much more)

Multiple punches * The option to allow the employee to apply multiple punches in main panel.
Export Raw Punches with IP address (Control Panel) With export function in attendance, now the admin can export raw punches with employee's IP address and location.
Monthly view The employee can select the month on the attendance page and this will help you view the attendance of the month.
Import half day The option to import the Half Days in the attendance import.

Employees Module

More employee details, Custom forms, Google synchronisation, and much more

More attributes *Added more attributes like exit date to the employee's detail and bank name to the bank report. *Employee's PF number is visible in Employee Profile
Separation request *The option to allow the reporting manager and dotted manager to raise the separation request *Option to manage offboarding workflow and also preview offboarding before triggering for employees.
Search criteria *The employee can be searched on the basis of band, Entity, and Active/Inactive status.
Analytics *The employee list is available with all the fields, for the reporting manager.

Enterprise Features *The custom form feature available, wherein the admin can create the form like company policies, NDA's etc. and ask the employee to fill in the details. *Google Calender Synchronization, a custom feature to be considered for the employee wherein all employee leaves/other events can be synced with google calendar. *Multicountry Employee Attributes that will allow to add one or more country to manage your employees. *Multiple parameters can be created for multi countries globally *Advance Onboarding workflow with new features introduced for managing employee onboarding. *Multiple advanced approval workflows introduced.







Expense Reports

Advance workflows and more Admin rights

Admin rights *The admin will be able to add and view the expense report. *Now the preview option introduced that will allow the admin to see the attachment for the expense report without downloading. *Multiple new filters introduced
Manage Projects *Option that allows employees to raise the expenses against the projects.

Enterprise Features *New advanced workflow introduced. *New reports added.







Payroll

CTC Dashboard, FBP plans, Updated reports, new Tax slabs, and much more

*Option to calculate the arrear for the employee appraisal. *Option with the admin to restrict the investment declaration proof. *Option to bulk update the CTC-based appraisal for the employees. *Option to select investment type while running FnF. *Option to view salary paid for an employee for a particular period. *Implementation of new rules according to Financial year 2021-22. *Option to view pre and post tax salary of employees.
CTC Dashboard *CTC dashboard introduced, helping you with the details at Department level/ Designation/ Gender, etc.
Professional Tax *Introduction of PT for Telangana. *Introduction of PT for Punjab.
Reports *The payroll reports will now allow you to extract the Variable paid report. *LTA details are now also visible in Form 12BB. *The CTC & Investment declaration details available while processing F&F in the system. *The introduction of Statutory report.
PF calculation * Multiple PF formulae added. *Option to consider EDLI wages, Consider max PF wages for EDLI charges(Account 21) *Option to select the PF Kerala semi-annually to be paid in required month
Miscellaneous * Option to allow admins to upload any predated payslips for employees for a financial year. *Admin can now view the arrear days for the employee in the pay register as well. * Leave encashment done in F&F will be available in the leaves report. * Investment declaration will now allow to add multiple Landlord entries. * Option to view the tax regime calculation while filling the investment declaration. * The payslip now reflects the attendance period as well. * The payroll even if processed, the admin will still be able to reject the leave credit process.

FBP *This option allows admin to consider the FBP in the employee payroll. *Option that allows employees to select salary component for payroll.







Time Sheets

Cloning, Predefined task, and Mapping of entries

Reports New reports added.
Mapping The system now allows the employees to select respective projects and clients as mapped in the web application.
Data Auto-Population Project task auto population in the timesheet while filling in the system based on pre configured rules.
Cloning Option to clone the timesheet records in order to avoid typing same records again and again.
* Admin will now be able to fill in the timesheets on behalf of the employee.







Engagement Module

Surveys, Quizzes, Awards, Rewards, and much more


Survey Module The survey module has been completely reformed. *Now, you can add Survey and select Survey format. *You can opt for the Survey been added as anonymous. *You can import / Add survey questions. *Multiple rating scales introduced. *Emotion Tags introduced to understand the pulse/mood of the employees. *The option to clone the surveys. *The option to define the surveys as recurring surveys.* Multiple employee mood/ sentiments reports/ anlaytics added.
Quiz Module The Quiz module has been updated. *Now, you can engage online with your employees using online quizzes option. * The quizzes can be multi choice/ single choice quiz on different arenas. *You can add Quiz and select Quiz format. *You will be able to add quiz questions manully or import them in bulk. *You will also be able to define automatic closure date of the Quiz. *The option to define the quiz as recurring quiz. *Integrated with rewards system *The employee can earn reward points for taking part in the quiz.
Award Module Define your own award categories and assign award rules in the system *Option to setup award process by allowing employees to do the nominations and votings for the peers. *Custom questionnarie to nominate employees and vote employees for an award category *The list of award winners can be published to the online Wall of Fame of the company. * Notifications/ Announcements of the winners vis email system is also introduced. * Historical data/ reports of the quiz can be extracted whenever required.
Reward Module Allow managers to award reward points to reportees for the exceptional work *Option that allows employees to request for reward points * Gamification events that will automatcically credit reward points to the employees based on the rules configured. *Integrated reward system with payroll so that reward points can be redeemed along with the salary.

Training Module

Employee Trainings as per the ISO standards

Effectiveness Form The option to create your own custom effectiveness form for the managers of the participants, so that managers can confirm how effective the training was for the participants post the training was done.
* Employee Feedback Form The option to allow participants give feedback to the trainer after the training has been accomplished.
* Trainer Feedback Form The option to allow trainers give feedback to the participants after the training has been accomplished.
Attendance for Training This option allows the admin to mark the the participants attendance for the training. *Option to view the scores of the participants and the trainers.
