An onboarding process can make all the difference when it comes to a new employee’s experience — and their success. As soon as an employee is able to do their job properly and contribute in a meaningful way, the sooner they’re able to feel like engaged and valuable members of the company.
Also, when the employee meets the expectation of the organization in terms of performance then a confirmation letter is provided to the employee. Based on the review of the manager the employment confirmation of new employee is decided.
Further, the management starts with the confirmation process so that the new employee becomes a permanent team member.

- The manager takes care that new employee will be able to finish a given range of tasks on the set deadlines.
- The management can define the conditions required for the employment confirmation.

- The reporting manager will provide a recommendation regarding the employment confirmation of the probationary employee.
- The motive behind confirmation workflow is to help the new employee to improve their performance and to convey them that in the case of ‘no improvement’ confirmation will be delayed.
- The management ensures the interventions in terms of job training, self-managed learning and coaching should be provided to the new employee before as well as during the work performance execution.
How to use:
- Navigate to Control Panel-> Employee-> Confirmation

- Click on the +Create Workflow:

- Define the days for triggering the workflow in Advance and the indicators for employees, Manager, Manager's Manager and HOD, etc.

- Once done, you can trigger the workflow for the respective employees.
