Adding Family, Emergency and Education details in Bulk

Hawk HR enables the Admin to add the employees' details like Family, Emergency contacts and Education details in bulk. Though Hawk HR allows the employee to update their details by themselves. Still In case admin wishes to upload the above details, he/she can do so by referring to the following steps:

  • Navigate to: Control panel -> Employee -> View/ Add
  • Click on drop-down of +Add button and select Import
  • Click on the drop down and select the Import Family, Import Emergency or Import Education as per your requirement.
  • Click on Download Sample CSV file
  • Fill all the required details in the Sample CSV file and save the file
  • Upload it in Upload File field
  • Select the Date Format (as given in the uploaded file)
  • Click on Review and Upload(In case you wish to have a look at the entries that you are going to upload) or Upload(In drop down of Review and Upload)

Note:

  • The system gives you the logs of all the processed records immediately so that you know the status of each processed record ( Accepted/ Rejected)
  • For rejected records, look at the “Reason” column and retry the process with the correct data/ format.
