Employee: Self Registration

In large companies, employee registration and data uploading is quite a hefty task. Hawk HR allows you to do so by enabling the admin to invite employees to do self registration.


Enabling Employee Self Registration:

Admin with access to Settings module will have to enable it first by referring to the following steps:

  • Navigate to: Control Panel->Settings->Modules
  • Scroll down to the Employee section
  • Check the box for Enable employee self registration
  • Scroll down and Click on Update

Inviting Employees:

  • Navigate to: Control panel -> Employee -> View and add
  • Click on the drop down of +Add
  • Click on Invite option
  • Copy the given content and send it across to all employees
  • Ask them to register at the link mentioned below

Employee level:

  • The employee will refer to the company Hawk HR portal, and click on the option “Register“.
  • Fill in the details, and register himself/herself.
  • The details filled in will be sent to the admin which when approved will register the employee.

Once the employee has submitted the form, his/her details will be available to approval or rejection under the following path: Control Panel->Employees->View/Add->Pending

Note: 

  • You will be notified for each account approval request via mail.
  • Employees would be able to access the software only after their request is approved.
