Every organization has some set of tasks that are to be completed by the employees on leaving from the organization.
The tasks that are to be done can be defined under Offboarding and assigned to respective employees. The Offboarding process can be different for different employees in the organization, and the admin can define all possible Offboarding task and then assign the Offboarding checklist to specific employees from the list available.
To understand how the Offboarding is defined, please follow the steps below:?
Offboarding Workflows:
- You can configure the Advance offboarding on the path: Control panel-> Employees->Offbaording->Workflows-> +Create workflow.
- A new window opens up where you can create/update offboarding.
- Add all the advance offboarding steps along with To do tasks and once done click on Save button.
- Once the offboarding has been configured, you can trigger the offboarding for the employees.
Trigger Offboarding:
- You can trigger the offboarding for the employees by referring to the following path: Control panel->Employees-> Offboarding
- Click on “Trigger Offboarding“, a pop window will appear where you can apply filter as per your requirement.
- List of employees available as per the filter applied. Now you can select the employees and click on “Trigger” button.
- The Offboarding will be triggered for the selected employees.
You can also track the status of the offboarding submitted on the path: Control panel-> Employees-> Offboarding-> Click on employee name, and you will be able to view the details of the offboarding process for the employee.
