Hawk HR allows the employee to view all their LOP from their Main Panel so that they can have a better understanding of deduction that are going to happen in their payroll and can regularise their attendance if eligible to avoid the same.
"LOP" stands for 'loss of pay'. A LOP report page show a summary view of lops that will be taken into consideration for Payroll calculation.
Note: This is not the final LOP for this month, This LOP may changes after calculating the attendance.
Kindly refer to the following steps to view your LOP report:
- Navigate to: Main Panel->Attendance or directly click on Attendance
- Click on LOP Details
- You can view all the LOP due to Attendance(Highlighted in Pink), Arrears(Highlighted in Blue) and Leaves(Highlighted in Green)
You will be able to able to check your LOPs and accordingly request for regularization to avoid any deduction in Pay.
