Hawk HR enables admin to configure the workflow rules of the system. These rules guide the procedure of applying, managing and approving the processes related to the respective module.
Refer to the following steps to configure workflow rules:
Navigate to : Control Panel -> Settings -> Modules
Downscroll the page to come to the section of Enable Workflow, mark the check box to enable the workflow configuration for your company
Click on the Manage Workflow to manage the configuration of the workflow
A new page will open up showing fields to configure work flow rules
Select the Module (Leave/ travel/ expense)
Select the Type (Hierarchy/ Band/ Designation)
(if you selected Hierarchy)
- Select Designation, Department
- Configure the pipeline by selecting the stages (Manager, Manager's manager, HOD, BU Head), and the flow (Approve/ Manager Approve/ Forward)
- Click on +Add Rule button to add the configuration
- The added workflow will be shown under Existing WorkFlows, you can edit/ remove it by the help of icons given against it
(if you selected Band)
- Select the band for forward and approved stage
- Click on +Add Rule button to add the configuration
- The added workflow will be shown under Existing WorkFlows, you can edit/ remove it by the help of icons given against it
(if you selected Designation)
- Select the band for forward and approved stage
- Click on +Add Rule button to add the configuration
- The added workflow will be shown under Existing WorkFlows, you can edit/ remove it by the help of icons given against it
