Hawk HR allows the admin to edit the employee details once they are added in the system.
Kindly refer to the following steps to edit an employee details:
- Navigate to: Control Panel->Employee->View/Add
- List of all employees are shown on this page
- You can search the employee by entering his name in the search box
- Please click on Edit icon(Under Actions) of the respective employee whose details you wish to edit
- You can update employee's General, Official, Contact, Statutory & Personal details under details section
- Please update the field as required
- Scroll down and click on Update
Details which are highlighted are submitted/updated details from employee which will be updated in employees profile after approval.
All the changes will be made instantly. You can click on the all employees option on top right corner to see the list employees.
If you wish to update details for multiple employees in a single go, you can do it via Bulk Update feature available in Hawk HR. Please click here to read about it.
Note: Employee email id and Employee code are unique characteristic basis which details are mapped to employee profile. So, these two details cannot be updated via Bulk Update.
