HRStop enables admin to configure the settings to set up approval approach by admin, if employee does any changes in his/ her profile.
Navigate to: Control Panel -> Settings -> Employee, a new page will open up showing fields to manage control permission of employee over his/ her profile
Select the option of Allow profile updates through Employee Self Service based on approval
Downscroll the page to click on Update button to save the changes . Now if employee updates the profile fields via Main panel -> My Home, it will be sent to admin for approval.
