Employee reward and recognition are one method of motivating employees to change work habits and key behaviors to benefit a business. It play a crucial role with respect to the social bonding of employee with the team/ company. This article focuses on managing the rewards of the employees.
Refer to the following steps to manage rewards:
Navigate to: Control Panel -> Engagement -> Rewards, a new page will open up showing list of rewards against the employees
You can filter the entries by selecting the selecting the Till Date, click on Filter
You can get a detailed view of the entries bu clicking on the Employee code of the respective entries
You can manually adjust the points of the employees by clicking on the Manual Adjust button (given in the page action bar)
- A pop-up will showing asking to select employee and enter points, internal notes (if any)
You can approve/ reject the requests for reward points by clicking on the Redeem Requests button (given in the page action bar)
A new page will open up showing list of raised redeem requests, you can filter the entries by duration and statuses
You can approve/ reject/ remove a request by the help of icons given under Actions column
You can bulk update rewards by the help of Import Rewards button (given in the page navigation bar)
A new page will open up showing field to upload the rewards, read the instructions given towards the right side of page
Click on the Download Sample CSV file, a .CSV file will be downloaded, edit it and upload it in the Upload File field
Click on Upload button to upload the file, option of Reset is also given to remove the filled data
You can download the filtered entries by the help of buttons given beside the search bar (Copy/ Print / CSV)
