Raising a ticket by an Employee

Ticketing is a system by which employee raises tickets in the system because of the issues that he/ she faces in performing the assigned tasks. These tickets are sent to the assigned one (as per the category), the ticket gets resolved in the given days (solving the employee problem). Hawk HR enables employees to raise the ticket in the system, it also enables admin to raise the ticket on the behalf of employees:

Refer to the following steps to raise a ticket by an employee:

  1. Navigate to: Main Panel -> Helpdesk, a new page will open up showing list of tickets raised by the employee (if any)

  2. Click on + Raise Ticket button (given in the page navigation bar), a new page will open showing fields to raise a ticket

  3. Select the Category from the drop-down

  4. Select the Priority (Normal/ Medium/ High)

  5. Enter the Subject of the ticket

  6. Describe the issue in the Description field

  7. Select the Attachment (if any)

  8. Click on + Create Ticket button to raise the ticket, Reset button to remove the filled data
