Hawk HR provides admin option of activating helpdesk module. Only after enabling this module, admin and employees can use this feature in the system. The feature offers a flexible and easy approach for managing the tickets (issues) for whole company.
Refer to the following steps to enable helpdesk module
Navigate to: Control Panel -> Settings -> Module
Down-scroll the page to come to the section of Add On Modules, mark the Enable Helpdesk option to activate the helpdesk system for your company.
In order to make the category mandatory, mark the Enabling this setting will make the category mandatory option
Down-scroll the page to click on Update button
Notification of successful enabling of module will shown towards the top of page.
