Raising ticket on the behalf of employee

Ticketing is a system by which employee raises tickets in the system because of the issues that he/ she faces in performing the assigned tasks. These tickets are sent to the assigned one (as per the category), the ticket gets resolved in the given days (solving the employee problem). Hawk HR also enables admin to raise ticket on behalf of an employees.


Refer to the following steps to raise the ticket on the behalf of employee:

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel -> Helpdesk, click on the +Raise Ticket button (given in the page action bar)

  2. Select the Employee on behalf of whom, you are raising the ticket

  3. Select the Category, Priority and Assign to

  4. Enter the Subject and Description of the ticket to be raised, Upload the file in the Attachment field

  5. Click on Create Ticket button to raise the ticket, option of Reset is also available to remove the filled data
