Deleting Payslips

Hawk HR enables admin to delete payslips both in bulk and one by one. Deleting the payslip will roll back all the records related with the particular payslip (leaves/ attendances/ expenses, etc). Once the payslip is deleted, admin will not be able to recover the particular payslip or any other related data.


Refer to the following steps to delete payslips:

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel -> Payroll -> Payslips/ Paystubs, a new page will open up showing a list of different payslips of employees

  2. You can filter the results by selecting the Department, Employee and Duration

  3. You can delete the payslip by clicking on the delete icon given in the Actions column of the respective entry, a pop-up will appear asking for confirmation of deleting the payslip, click on Yes option to proceed with the deletion process

  4. You can also delete the payslip in bulk by marking the entries and then click on the drop-down of Actions button and then select the Delete option

All the changes will be made instantly.
