Expense Analytics

Admin has an option of viewing analytics of expense report, it offers summary view of all the expense raised by the employees (whether approved or rejected). It help in better tracking of company's expenditure, on expense requests as well keeps a record of expense raised by individual employees. Various option of downloading the data, is also available for better usability:

Refer to the following steps to view analysis of expense report:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Analytics -> Expense -> Summary

  2. A new page will open up showing expense reports of all the employees, user can adjust the duration to view the expenses raised in that particular duration

  3. User can filter the entries on basis of Department, Designation, Entity, Project and Employees, option of searching a particular employee is also available

  4. Columns of Paid, Approved, Unapproved, Rejected and Total are created to deliver individual records of each section

  5. The sum total of each type of data is shown towards the bottom of the page

  6. User has various options of copying and downloading the data, by the help of buttons given beside the search bar
