Training is a program that helps employees learn specific knowledge or skills to improve performance in the current roles. Apart from this it also allows the employer to create an opportunity for employees to increase their motivation, efficiency and productivity resulting in financial gains to the organization.

Training provides multiple benefits to the employees as well as to the organization only if carefully planned and implemented.


Hawk HR allows us to schedule training and also allow the managers to nominate employees for from their team for the training sessions.

  1. The system allows the admin to create the training, which can be the Open/nominated type with limited/unlimited seats
  2. Admin can view training details and provide ratings
  3. Employee can view and apply for training
