Change Payslip Format

Payslip is a note given to an employee when they have been paid, detailing the amount of pay given, and the tax and insurance deducted. Hawk HR enables admin to change the payslip format from the different payslip formats are available in the system.


Refer to the following steps to change Payslip format:

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel -> Settings -> Payroll
  2. On the bottom of the page there is a section payslip and from this section, you can choose the format of payslip according to your requirement.
  3. There are eight payslip formats in the system:
    • Simple Payslip – This is the simple payslip, in this format only earning and deduction details are displayed on the payslip.
    • Simple Payslip Without Address – In this simple payslip, the employee address is not displayed in the payslip.
    • Simple Payslip Without Rate – In this simple payslip, only the actual pay is displayed.
    • Payslip With CTC Details – In this format the CTC details also with earning and deductions are displayed.
    • Payslip With CTC Details with rate – In this format, CTC details with full value are displayed on the payslip.
    • Payslip With CTC and YTD Details – In this format, the YTD(Year till date earning ) details also with CTC, Earning and Deduction details are displayed on the payslip.
    • Payslip With CTC and YTD Details without the address – In this format, we display CTC details with YTD(Year Till date earning) without the address.
    • Payslip With CTC and YTD Details without the rate – In this format, we display CTC details with YTD(Year Till date earning) without the rate.
  4. Click on Update Details button given on the bottom of the page

All the changes will be made instantly.
