Hawk HR enables admin to trigger appraisal arrears in bulk. Instead of manually triggering it one by one, admin can trigger the appraisals for employees in bulk.
Refer to the following steps to trigger appraisal in bulk:
- Navigate to: Control Panel > Payroll > Appraisal
- Click on Import button (given in the action bar), a new page will open up showing fields to upload. Read the instructions given towards the right side of the page
- Click on Download the Sample CSV file, a .CSV will be downloaded
- Update the file according to your requirement and upload it in the Upload File field
- Select the Date Format as given in the uploaded file
- Click on Upload to upload the file, option of Reset is also given to remove the filled details
All the changes will be made instantly.
