Viewing Appraisal Details

The Appraisal Details page provides a complete view of a specific appraisal for an employee, including the previous and new salary breakup. This page is accessed by clicking on an employee's name from the Appraisals list page.

Navigation Path: Control Panel → Payroll → Appraisals → [Employee Name]

Appraisal Summary

The summary section at the top of the page displays the following details:

Field Description
Designation Designation of the employee
Department Department the employee belongs to
Date Of Joining Date the employee joined the organisation
Status Current status of the appraisal, such as Published
Effective Date Date from which this appraisal is effective
New CTC CTC after this appraisal
Last CTC CTC before this appraisal
Last Appraisal Effective Date Effective date of the employee's previous appraisal
Salary Comparison

The page displays two salary breakup tables side by side for comparison:

  • Last Salary the employee's salary breakup before this appraisal
  • New Salary the employee's salary breakup after this appraisal, along with the effective date

Each table shows component wise Earnings, Deductions, and other applicable costs, along with the Gross and CTC totals.

Calculating Arrears from This Page

If arrears need to be calculated for this appraisal, click the Calculate Arrears action available against the appraisal status. Refer to: Calculating Appraisal Arrears

Where It Reflects

The Appraisal Details page reflects the data recorded when the appraisal was triggered and published. Any arrears calculated and submitted for this appraisal will also be reflected in the employee's payroll for the selected payout period.
