What are Favourite Reports in HRStop?
Favourite Reports is a productivity feature available under Control Panel → Analytics that allows administrators to mark frequently used reports and access them from one central location.
Instead of navigating through multiple modules every time you need a specific report, you can simply mark it as a Favourite and open it instantly whenever required.
This feature is designed to:
- Reduce repetitive navigation
- Save operational time
- Improve reporting efficiency
- Create a personalised analytics shortcut dashboard
Why are Favourite Reports Useful?
In day to day HR operations, certain reports are accessed repeatedly such as:
- Attendance summaries
- Leave reports
- Employee analytics

- Asset or training reports
With Favourite Reports, administrators can:
- Save frequently accessed reports
- View them in one consolidated screen
- Access reports module wise in an organised manner
- Improve productivity by avoiding repeated clicks

How to Mark a Report as Favourite
Marking a report as Favourite is quick and simple.
- Navigate to Control Panel → Analytics
- Open any report you frequently use
- Click on the Star icon available at the top right corner of the report page
Once clicked, the report is immediately added to your Favourite Reports list.
To remove a report from Favourites, simply click the Star icon again.
How to Access Your Favourite Reports
To view all reports marked as Favourite:
Navigate to: Control Panel → Analytics → Favourites
On this page, you will see:
- All saved reports organised module wise (Employees, Attendance, Leaves, Expense, Assets, Trainings, etc.)
- Count of Favourite reports under each module
- Direct clickable report names for instant access
Simply click on any report name to open it.
