Now we will discuss the leave encashment process that you can run from the system by navigating to the Control Panel, then Leaves, and selecting Balance.

Click on the dropdown beside "Manually Adjust" and select the option "Encashment Leave Balance" to run the leave encashment process.

You can specify the effective date for which you want to run the leave encashment and choose whether to include future leaves.

You can choose whether to round off the leave balance according to your requirement, whether standard or no round-off.

Specify the basis for calculating leave encashment, such as earliest taxable, and check or uncheck options as per your policies.

Select the leave types eligible for leave encashment, which are marked as cashable when creating the leave categories.

Define the end encashment calculation basis, whether LOP, basic, or a specified value, and set the eligibility for employees, including deactivated ones if applicable.

Specify the minimum number of days present for eligibility and the maximum limit for leave encashment, for example, 7 or 10 days, and expire any remaining balance as per policy.

Select the employees for whom you want to run the leave encashment process and mark or unmark as required.

You can also enable or disable options for expiring leaves of employees not meeting the criteria according to your policy.

Click "Next" to proceed and review the leave encashment for the selected leave categories, including annual leave and leave day.

If any changes are needed for the leave-in cash payment, make them here and click "Next" to preview the salary for all employees included in the process.

You can check the total calculated amount for each employee and proceed to the next step.

If needed, you can download a CSV file before running the leave encashment process to verify that amounts are calculated correctly or make adjustments.
