To run a leave credit process to credit the leaves, in case you have changed anything in the policy or the leaves have not been credited, you can run the leave credit process to credit the leaves immediately after any changes.

You can navigate to the control panel, then to the Leaves and Balance section.

To run the leave credit process, click on the dropdown beside "Manually Adjust" and choose the option "Run Leave Credit Process."

After clicking on the leave credit process, you will reach a page where you need to decide the calculation of leaves, whether it should be based on the date of joining or confirmation date.

Then select the leave calculation period, whether it should be current or from the beginning of the year, as per your requirement.

Next, choose the leave categories for which you want to run the leave credit process, either all categories or specific ones by unmarking those not required.

After choosing the desired leave categories, select the employees for whom you want to credit the leaves accordingly, and the date of joining will also be mentioned if that option was selected.

Once the employees are selected, click on the "Next" option to view the credits that will appear for those employees in the selected leave categories.

Finally, go to the next option and click on "Finished" to successfully run the leave credit process from the system.
