(0:01) So now we will discuss how you can create leave entitlement exceptions on the base of employees.
(0:08) In case you want that the leave policy credits should not happen for this particular employer.
(0:15) According there you want to give the, uh, specific number of leave credits to a specific employee.
(0:20) So you can create leave entitlement exceptions for configuring the same.
(0:24) You can navigate to the control panel -> leaves -> Entitlement section.
(0:28) Scroll down to the section of the employee's leave entitlement.
(0:33) Here you can just select the category in which you want to create the exception.
(0:37) Let's say I'm adding an exception for annual leave for this particular employee. Choose the name of employee from here and the number of leaves you want to credit.
(0:46) Let's say you want to credit, uh, 15 leaves to this employee accordingly.
(0:51) So it'll be credited to them accordingly to the frequency that is mentioned here.
(0:56) But the leave credit that will happen will be 15 maybe.For all it is 12.
(1:00) But for this particular employee, I want to provide 15 in this particular leave category. So I can create a employee event admin, exceptions from here.
(1:09) I can save it. When I save it from here, I have created this leave exception here.
(1:14) In case I want to do it in bulk, you have this import option as well.
(1:18) You can click on import, you can click on this download sample CSV file. Open this file, uh, in front of the respective employees.
(1:26) You can enter the, uh, leave entitlement that you want to give to them as exception.
(1:32) And after entering all the relevant information in the file, just save it and upload it here and click on this upload option.

(1:44) Accordingly, in case you're not able to upload the file in one go, you can check these instructions and see what, uh, what all the things are there that is not correct in the file.
