When you log into your HRStop portal, look at the top right of your screen. On the top blue bar, just before your profile picture, you will see a blinking question mark icon. This is the entry point for the AI Query Engine.
You can access it from any screen, at any time. It is always available and does not require any separate login or setup.
Clicking on this icon will open a small panel that contains three helpful options: AI Chatbot, Articles, and Query.
AI Chatbot
This is the default tab that opens when you click on the blinking question mark icon. The AI Chatbot allows you to type your question in simple English. It responds instantly with answers based on HRStop’s inbuilt knowledge base.
The chatbot is trained to understand everyday HR and system-related questions. It can guide you through many tasks such as:
- How to add a new employee
- Where to download payslips
- How to update leave settings
- How to generate attendance reports
- Steps to process payroll
It is designed to save time and reduce the need for raising support requests for common queries. This feature is available 24x7 and is accessible to all users by default.
Articles
The Articles tab shows you a list of ready-made help documents that are specific to the page you are currently on. For example, if you are viewing the Timesheet page, you will see help articles related to timesheet settings, approvals, and reports.
These articles contain step-by-step instructions and are regularly updated to reflect the latest features and settings in HRStop. This section is helpful when you want to follow written instructions or learn how to perform a task on your own.
Query
If you are not able to find the answer through the AI Chatbot or the Articles tab, you can use the Query option to contact the HRStop support team directly.
Here is how to use it:
- Click on “Take Screenshot” to capture the current screen you are working on.
- If needed, you can take multiple screenshots to show more than one section of the page.
- Enter a short message to explain your question or issue.
- Submit the form. Your query, along with the screenshots, will be sent directly to the HRStop support team.
This option helps our team understand your issue better and respond to you faster.
