HawkHR enables admin to configure your company the company details to use software efficiently. It helps to configure your company's HR portal. Refer to the following steps to configure company setup:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Settings -> Setup

  2. A new page will open up showing fields to fill company details

  3. Fill in all the required fields (fields marked with asterisks are mandatory)

  4. Click on Next to Manage all Departments in your company, you can add, edit or delete a department, option of bulk action of adding via Import is also given

  5. Click on Next to Manage all designation in your company, you can add, edit or delete a designation, option of bulk action of adding via Import is also given

  6. Click on Next to get on Leaves section, various fields and options are given to customize the leaves details

  7. Click on Next to get on Company Calendar section, here you can define leave settings, working days, weekly offs.

  8. Click on Next to get on Modules section, this section gives you option to enable/ disable different modules

  9. Click on Next to get on Holidays section, this section gives you option to Add holidays to your company calendar from the list below. You will be able to manage them later from the settings of your HR portal.

  10. Click on Next, click on Finish button, to finish the setup process
