Viewing Work from Home Attendance Shift Cards

The Work from Home Attendance Shift Cards feature allows HR/Admins to view and download daily shift details for employees working remotely. These cards help track attendance, work mode, and shift adherence, and are useful for audits or performance reviews.


Navigation Path:

Settings > Work from Home > Cards


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Access the Cards Tab:
    • Go to the Settings section.
    • Click on Work from Home > Cards.
  2. View WFH Shift Card Data:
    • You’ll see a list of employees along with their:
      • Work Mode (Work from Home or Office)
      • Date-wise attendance
      • Shift details (timing, duration, deviations)
    • Use available filters (e.g., Date Range, Department, Location) to narrow down the results.
  3. Download Shift Cards:
    • To save records for auditing or employee files:
      • Click the Download or Export button.
      • Choose your preferred format (e.g., Excel, PDF).
      • The file will include employee name, date, work mode, and attendance status.

Note: Only users with appropriate permissions can access or export WFH shift card data. Always ensure employee privacy policies are followed when handling these records.
