The Leaves Analytics module in HRStop enables HR and Admin teams to track, analyze, and manage leave-related data efficiently. It provides comprehensive reports on leave applications, balances, transactions, approvals, and more — all of which can be filtered, viewed, and exported for further insights.

Available Reports in Leaves Analytics
1. Leave List Report
- Displays all applied leaves in a tabular format.

- Leave status (Approved / Rejected / Pending)

2. Pending Leave Report
- Shows leave requests that are still awaiting approval.

- Useful for understanding leave consumption patterns.
5. Leave Balance Report
- Shows real-time leave balances for each employee across leave categories.
- Helps HR monitor leave entitlements and usage.
6. Leave Transaction Report
Tracks all leave-related transactions:
- Leave credited (manual/system-based)
- Leave debited (availed)
- Expired or lapsed leaves

7. On Duty & Work From Home Reports
- On Duty Report: Lists all OD applications with date, reason, and status.
- Work From Home Report: Shows all WFH requests, status, and duration.
=> Useful to analyze non-office attendance patterns.
8. Monthly Leave Summary
