As a Reporting Manager, HRStop provides you with the ability to effectively manage, approve, and apply leaves for your direct reportees—all from a central location within the system.
1. Leave Approval as a Reporting Manager
You can view and manage all pending leave requests from your team members.
Steps to Approve or Reject Leave Requests:
- Navigate to: Main Panel -> Leaves.
- Click the Approve tab (visible only if you're a reporting manager).
- You’ll see a list of all leave requests submitted by your reportees.

For each request, you can:
- View details (Leave Type, Period, Reason)
- Choose to Approve or Reject
- Click Submit to save your action.
2. Apply Leave on Behalf of Employees
If required, you can apply for leave on behalf of your reportees directly from the system.
Steps to Apply Leave for a Reportee:

Navigate to: Main Panel -> Leaves.
- Choose the Apply on Behalf option (or equivalent section).
- Select the employee’s name from the list of reportees.

Fill in the required details:
- Leave Type
- Leave Period (From–To Dates)
- Reason for Leave
- Desired Leave Status (Approved, Pending)
- Click Submit to apply the leave.
3. Approve or Apply Leave Credit, WFH & On-Duty Requests
In addition to regular leave requests, you can also manage the following:
Leave Credit Requests
- Review and approve or reject leave credit requests raised by reportees.
- You may also raise leave credit requests on their behalf if needed.
Work From Home (WFH) & On-Duty Requests
- View, approve, or reject requests for WFH and On-Duty.
- You can also initiate WFH or On-Duty entries for your team directly.
Steps:

Navigate to: Main Panel -> Leaves.
- Select the applicable tab for Credit Requests, WFH, or On-Duty.

Take appropriate action:
- Approve / Reject existing requests.
- Apply a new request on behalf of the employee.
