HawkHR enables admin to add challan. Managing of challan plays a crucial role in Tax management for both the employee and employer. Refer to the following steps to add challan:
Navigate to: Control panel -> Payroll -> Form 24Q
Click on +challan given on the top right corner
A new page will open up showing fields to add the challan, fields marked with Asteriks are mandatory to fill
The Total amount will be shown at the bottom
Upload the challan
Click on next to get on Assign challan section
Select the employee, you can even manually enter the Total Tax
Click on next, click on Finish button to finish the process
Notification of successful generation of challan will be shown.
