How to Install HRStop Mobile App
To get started with the HRStop Mobile App, simply download it from your respective app store:
- Android: Download HRStop Mobile App from Google Play Store
- iOS: Download HRStop Mobile App from Apple App Store
Login Process
Via Form Login:
- Open the app.
- Enter your username, password, and domain name to access your account.
Via SSO (Single Sign-On):
- Open the app.
- Enter your domain name and click Submit.
- You'll be redirected to your organization’s SSO login page. Enter your credentials to access the app.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you receive a warning that you are already logged in, follow these steps:
- Log in to the web app via your browser.
- Navigate to the settings section and look for active sessions.
- Remove any mobile sessions to resolve the conflict and log in again on your mobile app.
