How to Export ECR Text file

There are below steps for Exporting ECR text file:

1. Navigate to: Control Panel-> Payroll-> Report-> Compliance-> PF register

2. Newly Page will be Open.

3. Enable the option of "Show provident fund and pension fund as well in the table" and select Month by Arrow.

4. Click on "Download ECR" option on right side for the PF ECR Text file.

5. if you want to download PF Arrear Text file then Click on Dropdown Option of download ECR and select "Download Arrears ECR".

Use Case: Why we have need of ECR text file?

Ans. ECR text file need for Making Contribution of PF in EPFO for our organizational Employees.
