Triggering Onboarding

HRStop simplifies the onboarding process by allowing administrators to efficiently manage and trigger employee onboarding workflows—including bulk onboarding actions. Follow the steps below to trigger an onboarding process for new employees.


Steps to Trigger Onboarding:

  1. Navigate to the Onboarding Section
    Go to Control Panel → Employees → Onboarding.
    A new page will open, displaying all configured onboarding workflows in a list view.
  2. Apply Filters (Optional)
    Use the available filters to narrow down onboardings based on Department and Designation.
  3. Initiate the Trigger
    Locate the onboarding workflow you want to trigger and click on the Trigger icon under the Actions column.
  4. Select Employees
    A pop-up window will appear, listing all employees assigned to the selected onboarding. You’ll also see their Department, Designation, and Assigned Buddy.
  5. Apply Advanced Filters (Optional)
    Further refine your selection using filters such as Date, Department, Location, and Entity.
  6. Choose Employees to Trigger
    Mark the checkbox next to the employees you want to trigger onboarding for.
  7. Trigger Onboarding
    Click Yes to confirm and trigger the onboarding workflow.
  8. Success Confirmation
    A notification will confirm the successful triggering of onboarding. Changes are applied instantly, and employees will receive the onboarding tasks as per the configured workflow.
