Apply work from home (Employee level)

HawkHR provide employees an option of applying work from home. Employees can apply for "Work from home" in case he is unable to reach the office that day, but can continue the work from the home itself. The option ''Work from home'' will be available only if admin has already enabled the configuration.

Refer the points below to apply for work from home at the employee level:

  1. Navigate to: Main Panel -> Leaves -> View/ Apply

  2. Click on the Work from home tab, fill in the required details (fields marked with asterisks are mandatory to fill)

  3. Select the Leave Period for work from home

  4. Enter the Reason for applying work from home

  5. Choose the Document (related to the reason of applying work from home), if required

  6. Click on Submit button (to submit the request), option of Reset is also given (to remove the filled details)

Entry will be updated in the list. Down scroll the page to view the list of applied work from homes with their details, entries with pending status can be removed by the help of Delete option given under Actions column.
