HRStop offers flexible settings to help organizations control the visibility of attendance data on the main panel. Whether you want to show or hide punch times and total hours worked, these options ensure better privacy, cleaner dashboards, and role-based access to sensitive information.
This guide walks you through the steps to enable or disable the display of Punch Times and Total Hours on the main panel.
Steps to Configure Attendance Display Settings:

Login and Access Control Panel
Log into your HRStop account and go to the Control Panel. -
Navigate to Settings
Within the Control Panel, click on Settings to access system configuration options. -
Go to Attendance Settings
Under Settings, select Attendance to manage all attendance-related preferences. -
Open the Configure Section
Inside the Attendance module, click on Configure to access display settings. -
Adjust Display Options
You will find two key options:- Do not show attendance total hours in the main panel
Enable this if you want to hide total hours worked from the main panel view. -
Do not show attendance punches in the main panel
Enable this to hide punch in/out times, keeping them visible only to admins or authorized personnel.

After updating the settings, click Save to apply the changes immediately.
