Managing a policy

Policies are to a company what rules are to the players of a game. They are the framework and constraints within which everyone can strive for individual and collective success. Hawk HR enables admin to add and manage policies of the company with the help of the features given in the system. Admin can add/ edit, publish/ unpublish different policies as per the company's requirement.


Refer to the following steps to manage policy:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Forms/Policies -> Policy

  2. The company form table shows different published/unpublished policy with their complete details

  3. You can search the name of the policy in the search box

  4. You can also add a policy by the help of +Add New button, given in the page navigation bar

  5. You can perform different actions (edit/ publish/ remove) on the entries by the help of icons given under Actions column

  6. You can also manually mark the policies and can perform bulk actions by the help of drop down of Actions button

The updated entry will appear instantly in chart.
