Manage project

Hawk HR enable admin to manage company projects. You can add the project, perform different actions on the added projects. Refer to the following steps to manage he project:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Timesheet
  2. Click on Manage project button (given in the page navigation bar), a new page will open up showing fields to manage project
  3. Details: For adding new project enter Title, Status(Only active projects can be assigned to employees), Description, Modules
  4. Click on more options
  5. Duration: Enter the Start date and end date
  6. To enable Billable (mark the check box)
  7. Click on +Add project (to add the new project)/ Reset option is also given (to ease the filed details)
  8. The entry will be updated in the list with details of modules, duration, status
  9. Actions: Different actions can be performed on the entry by the icons given under Actions column

All the changes will be made instantly.
