There are following steps for Unlock cell of Tax:
Navigate:
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Payroll
3. Click on "Tax"
4. Select Tax Type- Income Tax or Professional Tax
5. Select Financial Year
6. Click on "Lock all" Option or "Unlock all" Option on Top.
