How to do the punch request as a employee

Here are the steps broken down:

  1. Login to your account through a web browser.
  2. Click on the Menu bar icon located in the extreme top left corner and select "Attendance."
  3. Refer to the attendance and scroll down the page to find the "Request Punch" option.
  4. Click on "Request Punch." This action will open a new page where you can request your attendance punches.
  5. Select the date for which you want to regularize attendance and enter the punches missed.
  6. Note: Enter the punches in 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00, 18:30) and press enter. Do not use AM or PM.
  7. You can add multiple punches in a single request.
  8. Add a comment if necessary and click on "Request."
  9. The punches requested will be sent to the reporting manager for approval.
  10. You can view the punches requested and their status by scrolling to the bottom of the page.
