Generating expense report

HawkHR enables admin to approve/ reject and view details of expense reports. You can also add new expense report for the employees. Refer to the following steps to generate expense report:

  1. Navigate to: Control panel -> Expense

  2. The newly opened page shows a list of expense report with details

  3. Each entry shows details of Employees code, Expense details, Project, Filled date, Person filed by, Amount, Converted amount, Status

  4. You can filter the entry on the basis of Employee's activity, Status, Project duration

  5. You can search an entry with the help of Search box

  6. You can approve, reject, view and delete an entry by the options given under actions

  7. You can create new expense for the employee by clicking on +New

  • A new page will open up showing required fields for creating expense reports

  • Employee: Select the Employee

  • Expense Report Title: Enter the Expense Report Title

  • project: Select the Project

  • Currency: Select the Currency

  • A form table is shown below for entering expense fields

  • Enter the details of Category, Item details, Customer, Expense Date, Expense Amount, Expense Amount

  • You can also upload the item's details by clicking on the Upload button

  • Sum of amounts of all entry will be shown on the top

  • You can also add/ delete a row

  • Enter the Additional Details on the bottom of the page

  • Click on Submit to update the entry/ Reset option is also given to remove the filed details

A notification of successful generation of expense report will be shown. You can also export list by clicking on Analytics -> Expense -> Summary. All the changes will be made instantly.
