Managing forms

Hawk HR allows admin to upload company forms to their HR Portal. The employees can then view and download them whenever needed. These forms can be added from Control Panel. Here the admin can add the form, edit whenever needed, and also choose to publish it or not.


Refer to the following steps to manage forms:

  1. Navigate to: Control Panel -> Forms/Policies -> Form

  2. The company form table shows different published/unpublished forms with their complete details

  3. You can search the name of the form in the search box

  4. You can also add a form by the help of +Add New button, given in the page navigation bar

  5. You can perform different actions (edit/ publish/ remove) on the entries by the help of icons given under Actions column

  6. You can also manually mark the policies and can perform bulk actions by the help of drop down of Actions button

The updated entry will appear instantly in chart.
