View Monthly & Daily Attendance
- Navigate to the Attendance section in the portal.

Choose between Monthly View or Daily View to explore your:
- Login and Logout times
- Total hours worked
- Attendance status for each day
This helps you stay on top of your working patterns and detect any irregularities.
Managing Attendance Discrepancies
If you notice any discrepancies or exceptions in your attendance, HRStop allows you to take corrective actions:
Justify Irregularities
You can submit justifications for:
- Late Arrivals → Use the Justify option below your First Punch
- Early Departures → Use the Justify option under your Last Punch
- Shortfall in Total Hours → Use the Justify option in the Total Time section
This ensures that genuine deviations are communicated to your manager for review and approval.
Request Missed Punch
Missed logging in or out?
Click on the Request Punch button to submit a correction request for the missed entry.
Visual Attendance Summary (Color-Coded)
The attendance page includes a color-coded legend that provides a visual summary of your attendance status. At a glance, you can identify:
- Late entries
- Early exits
- Leaves
- Absences
- Week offs and holidays
This intuitive layout helps you quickly understand your overall attendance patterns and identify any outliers without having to dive deep into raw data.
